During this period, we will repair or replace any product found to be defective due to materials or workmanship under normal use. What is covered 1. Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the performance or functionality of the product. 2. Issues related to stitching, seams, zippers, and other components due to manufacturing defects. What is not covered 1. Normal wear and tear due to regular use. 2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care. 3. Modifications or alterations made to the product by the customer. 4. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photographs of the product if possible. 2. Evaluation: our team will assess your claim and determine if the defect is covered under warranty. 3. Repair or replacement: after receiving the product, we will either repair or replace it at our discretion. You will not incur any shipping charges for the return of defective items.
